Sundarapandian is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language comedy drama film directed by debutant S. R. Prabhakaran.Sasikumar played the title character, besides producing the film, while Lakshmi Menon, Vijay Sethupathi, Soori, Inigo Prabhakaran and Soundararaja appeared in supporting roles. Music was composed by N. R. Raghunanthan, while cinematography was handled by Premkumar.The film released on 14 September 2012 to overall positive reviews.

Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam is a 2013 Tamil romantic comedy film directed by Ponram, a former assistant of directors M. Rajesh and S. A. Chandrasekhar.It stars Sivakarthikeyan, Sathyaraj ,Sri Divya and Soundararaja.The film was produced by Escape Artists Motion Pictures and has music by D. Imman. Rajesh wrote the dialogues for the film.The film released on 6 September 2013 and received positive reviews from critics and became a box office success.
